Refund & return policy

We want you to love your NightRide kit. If you don't, you have 30 days from delivery to return it.

Returns

• The kit must be unused, with the LED strips' adhesive backing still on, and in its original packaging.
• Email us at borisdomenco@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you the return instructions.
• Return shipping is at your cost unless the kit arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is our mistake.

Damaged or defective kits

If your kit arrives damaged or a component doesn't work, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo or short video and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange is to return your kit for a refund and place a new order.

This policy does not limit the legal warranty and rights you have under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act and applicable provincial laws.
