Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase made on this website, operated by NightRide, Saint-Hubert, Québec, Canada ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Products

NightRide is an LED lighting kit for snowboards: adhesive LED strips connected to a small control box, with multi-color modes controllable by the box's buttons or the HappyLighting app. A snowboard is not included. Colors and appearance may differ slightly from photos and videos.

Orders and payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are added at checkout.
An order is accepted when you receive the order confirmation email. We may cancel an order for stock, pricing or fraud reasons; you'll be refunded in full if that happens.
Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. We never see or store your card details.

Safe use

Install the kit following the included instructions, on a clean, dry board, and check that the strips are firmly attached before every ride. Ride responsibly and respect resort rules; some resorts restrict night riding or lights. You use the product at your own risk; we are not liable for injuries or damage resulting from improper installation or use.

Warranty

Our products are covered by the legal warranty provided by Quebec's Consumer Protection Act and applicable provincial laws. Defective components are replaced or refunded as described in our refund policy.
