Shipping policy

Where we ship: everywhere in Canada. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD); taxes are calculated at checkout.
Processing: orders ship within 1–2 business days. You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your kit is on its way.
Delivery: your kit arrives 5–8 business days after you order, depending on your province. Remote areas can take longer.
Shipping cost: standard shipping is free everywhere in Canada. Optional Shipping Protection ($8) can be added with your kit: if a parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, we replace it, no questions asked.
Wrong address: please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange a re-shipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
Lost or damaged in transit: contact us at borisdomenco@gmail.com and we'll sort it out with the carrier and send a replacement.
